- Bellydance:Dance like Shakira with the art of bellydance, learning shimmies, hip rolls, undulations, chest lifts, with blending hiphop and sexy dance! Free bellydance belt with class!
- IntroStrip:This
class is to gain confidence, learn the art of sensual movement, beginner
level moves of striptease that will intergrate with the pole. Included
basics techniques, chairwork, floorwork, great class if you want to surprise your chum!
- Burlesque:Traditional cabaret style stripteasewith boas, gloves, chairwork and very sexy moves.
- Pole 101: This
class introduces you to the art of pole dance. Students will learn a
choreography based on basic pole spins, fireman, angel, and blending your moves from sexystrip. A great chance to release your inner attitiude
through a workout that tones the entire body.
- Pole 102: Learning
more challenging pole tricks and spins and developing some free style
skills on the pole and performing inverted moves.
- Pole 103/4/5/6: This
is for the master poledancer. Acrobatic moves on the pole, including
inverted and hands free-moves. Students MUST have taken gone through
levels of pole1 & 2. and this level is for all advanced pole dancers superman, handsprings and more, we cater to your level.
